DMCA and Copyright Policy

Bitty Coder respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how to report material on bittycoder.com that you believe infringes your copyright.

Scope

The site’s tools process JSON and other values locally in each visitor’s browser. We do not receive or host that tool input, so we cannot inspect or remove material that exists only on a user’s device.

This policy applies to material we control, including site-authored guides, images, branding, and software.

Copyright notice

Use our Contact page and select Copyright notice. Identify the copyrighted work and provide the exact URL and a clear description of the material you want removed. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and physical or electronic signature.

Confirm that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. Also confirm that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.

What happens next

We may ask for missing information before acting. When a notice is complete, we will review the identified material and may remove or restrict it. We may send the notice to the person who supplied the material so they can respond. We may also preserve the notice and related records where reasonably necessary to resolve the dispute or comply with law.

Counter notice

If material you submitted was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, use the Contact page and select Copyright notice. Identify the removed material and its former location, explain why removal was mistaken, provide your contact information and signature, and confirm that you accept the appropriate court process for the dispute.

We may restore the material when legally permitted unless the original complainant gives us notice that they have started a court action.

Repeat infringement and misuse

We may remove published material associated with repeat infringement where appropriate. Knowingly sending false or misleading copyright claims or counter notices may create legal liability.

Privacy

Notices and counter notices contain personal information. We process and retain that information as described in our Privacy Policy and may disclose it when required to handle the claim.
